Consoling Memories provides technical support for our product line and our network. In some cases, we will provide support for other equipment. If support is not possible, we can direct you to a company that will support that piece. Our support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in most cases issues are resolved within 24 hours. Our support does not end when your family leaves your facility; we will support those families as long as the memorial is active on our system.
